About me

I’m a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with 7 years of experience spanning computer vision research, large language models, and the AI infrastructure that brings them into the enterprise.

At ServiceNow, I’ve been a core contributor to the MCP Server — a platform, built from the ground up, that exposes enterprise AI capabilities to MCP clients like Claude and ServiceNow’s AI Agent Studio. Earlier at ServiceNow, I worked on synthetic data generation and large-scale evaluation for the internal NowLLM foundation models, and before that on improving Now Assist AI skills in production.

Before ServiceNow, I worked on model optimization and quantization for AI inference accelerators at Qualcomm, and built forecasting, anomaly-detection, and NLP systems at Microland.

My foundation is in computer vision and deep learning research. I was a Research Intern at Video Analytics Lab (VAL), Indian Institute of Science, where I worked with Dr. Ram Prabhakar and Dr. Venkatesh Babu on High Dynamic Range (HDR) Image Deghosting using CNNs — work presented at ECCV 2020.

I pursued my Bachelors in Electronics and Communications Engineering from National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal (NITK), where I did my thesis with Dr. Shyam Lal on image segmentation methods for satellite imagery — published in IEEE Access.

I’m drawn to problems at the intersection of ML research and engineering, and to building models and systems that reliably run in production and create real impact.
